Quite simply, Harold & Patrick are the names of our Founder, Andy's grandfathers.

Hi there! We are Harold Patrick Recruitment and we've been recruiting internationally since 2006. Operating across the USA & UK, we're true specialists in Manufacturing recruitment!

Recruiting mainly for permanent / direct hire positions across manufacturing and allied industries, doing so without any catchphrases or taglines, just outstanding service and hard work.

 

The company ethos is not to sell a subjective promise to candidates or clients as it isn’t a recruiter's decision which job to take or candidate to employ.

A recruiter's job first and foremost is to listen, advise and provide options, whether that be candidates for a role or vacancies for a candidate.

 

We recruit roles in Maintenance, Quality, Automation, Tool Setting, Toolmaking, Metallurgy, Management and Engineering across a variety of industries including Food, Metal Forming, Casting, Machining, Renewable Energy, Packaging and Plastics.

 

We also work alongside selected recruitment partners, adding to the scope of service and reach we're able to offer.

2. Pay in 3 “don’t fully pay, until your new hire is going to stay”

  • Yes, you read that correctly, if things don’t work out initially, we don’t expect you to pay the full fee.

3. Contingency “full payment on placement, candidate replacement, the old way”

  • Traditional recruitment, we send resumes, you interview, offer and we invoice the full fee on start. If the candidate leaves, we replace.
